Rain and more rain

You're probably starting to wonder if this is turning into a weather blog rather than one for adoption, but I am slowly becoming obsessed with the thought of rain. Not rain here in Colorado, we are under yet another winter storm watch tonight 6-12 inches, but rain in Ethiopia. During the rainy season in Ethiopia, which is August 6th - mid September, the courts close. When the courts are closed, no adoptions can be processed. My fear is that we'll have another referral, the courts will close, and then our little one will have to sit and wait in the orphanage until the courts reopen and we can travel. Send some good thoughts our way this week, we need to hear some good news or I think I might just go batty!
