For most people, spring brings the sounds of birds chirping and the sight of pretty flowers. For us, at 11,300 feet, it is a bit different. The springtime sound that we woke up to last week at 12:30 am was a huge crash, that happened to be the end of the winter snow falling off of our roof and snapping our electrical pole! Yikes, the joys of spring! (Here are a few spring pictures from the Hanson home, that is the electircal pole that we lost in the bottom picture:)
