We just found out that we have our appointment with the US Embassy in Addis at the end of August. So, instead of waiting 6-8 weeks to get our peanut, we are going back in less than 4, August 27th! Wow, are the adoption gods finally smiling on us??????

Hey Mary! It is Emily from the Yebsabi! We are sitting at the Columbus airport waiting for our first flight back to Addis! Congrats on your Embassy Date! We'll miss each other by just a few days. We'll have to catch up when we both return. Carol emailed me and things have been so insane I haven't had a chance to write back but if you chat with her please tell her hello and that I'll email when we get back.
