Thanks for all of the great feedback on parties! It's great to hear that I am not the only one with these feelings. Now, I have to decide on a cake. Growing up chosing a cake for my mom to make was a HUGE deal. She had a special birthday cake book, that I loved to look through to chose my cake for that year. I love to bake, but have never tried the big fancy kid cake. I am thinking about making either a train, police car or firetruck. Advice? (Here is a sweet little train that I found:)

Now on to Cakes

i made one very similar to this for darwin. it was time consuming but easy. i used pound cakes that i made in bread loaf pans. i'll try to dig up a picture and send it to you. i think you should go for it!!!
you will be surprised what you can accomplish! Go for it!!! Very cute train...Jackson would love it!
