horray for pictures!!!! and frankly, the bathroom at the flat in north finchley (flat #2) was significantly smaller. and it was a full bath! where is the sink in this little half bath?
Great photos! Replace the countertops/backsplash, that should calm it a bit. and that shouldn't cost 15K... i recommend silestone counters with a glass tile backsplash..my .015 - looks like a great place! I am heading off to white marble everywhere..ugh!
