We headed back to the mountains this weekend, to spend Oktoberfest in Breck. We had a great time visiting with friends, and enjoying the festivities in town. Do we miss living there? I must say I did feel a slight twinge of nostalgia as I got up Sunday morning, looked out at the amazing views and went for a run through groves of Aspen trees in full fall colors. BUT, as we were driving home over Hoosier Pass it was snowing. So that means we would have had snow on our deck on the 19th of September. Nope, you can keep that!
These two love hanging out together! All the other kids were running around and these two were hanging out in the wagon. They are just too mature for all of that nonsense!

we were up there this weekend. it was insane! had to leave early...I'll email you - I think it will affect Friday.
