Yes, we are still alive. Here is a little recap of the past week or so.
- How about those Penguins? Sorry fellow Michiganders, but how amazing is it for one city to have 2 major champions in the same year? Yoni is showing his support.
- I taught my first week of grad class, and I loved it!!! The first day of class one of my students said,"You're the teacher? You are so young." Not exactly a vote of confidence.
- We are still working on the house. We need to do more painting and planting and everything else.
- We have met some great people already. We had dinner at a neighbors' last night who are expecting their first baby, and then we met another couple who are adopting from Ethiopia!!! How amazing is that? Another little Ethiopian within walking distance from our house.
- Yoni is getting to know this new season that we call summer. He never experienced this in the mountains. He never wants to come inside.
