This photo is circa Fall 1975. We're in the Studer's driveway on Brookwood Lane in Temperance, Michigan. I'm the one on the left -- my name is Jill -- my family lived next door to Mary and her family -- before the Studers bought the farm and moved to the country. The person in the middle is my older brother, Darrin. Mary is on the right.
Why I love this photo: My brother's striped pants -- hey, it was the 70s, after all!

ooh, the peanut dresses -- i will have to look for that in the archives with my parents! i completely forgot about that.
What simple times! What ever happened to those peanut dresses? I feel left out not having one myself. We did have the kitty cat dresses, and don't forget the red & blue polyester long (to the floor) dresses mom made that matched hers.

Happy Anniversary Chris and Mary. My favorite memory of your wedding was when Chris said .....Mary?....during the vows... It's not that great without the inflection in his voice.
Oh, and Chris...the pub crawl in Edinburgh (we got the shirts!), and the night at Crunchy's!!!

You guys are the best and Kyle and I have had great times with you. We wish we lived closer, but at least we get to see you once a year at the Potato council!
I didn't know that you were having guests pull pictures out of the archives...I know I have some good ones of the 5th grade sleepover...remember you guys were into "The Bears" as in Chicago bears...I have a good photo of you doing some kind of rap!
