A Bonny Lad!

We received an update on the pea today, so of course I forwarded it on to our family. Chris' dad, who is Welsh, saw the pictures and stated "He is a bonny lad!" Is there any higher compliment than that? I sure don't think so!! Our little pea is over 17 pounds at just under 5 months and as smiley as ever. The funniest thing was the outfit that he had on. It was a one piece sailor type suit that has bib-overalls and blue and white striped shorts. On the front of all of this was written Captain, and the pea's expression seemed to say "Yes, I am the Captain here!" It is amazing to see our little one looking so fabulous in his pictures, but it's tough for us to sit here in Colorado without any idea of when we'll be able to travel and bring him home.
